Dr. Tseng
received the Outstanding Research Award, by
National Science Council, ROC, in both 2001-2002
and 2003-2005, the Best Paper Award, by Int’l
Conf. on Parallel Processing, in 2003, the Elite
I. T. Award in 2004, and the Distinguished
Alumnus Award, by the Ohio State University, in
2005. His research interests include mobile
computing, wireless communication, network
security, and parallel and distributed
computing. Dr. Tseng is a member of ACM and a
Senior Member of IEEE.
